Roger Fazendin REALTORS® is a third generation family owned company founded in 1965 by Roger Fazendin and located in Wayzata, Minnesota. We are the largest family owned, independent residential real estate company in Minnesota. Specializing in Minneapolis and the surrounding suburbs, Roger Fazendin REALTORS® has experienced good markets, bad markets and everything in between - an important plus for our clients.

In recent years we have added a title agency, Minnetonka Title, and a partnered with Cathy Robin of Advisors Mortgage.
