Paula joined Roger Fazendin REALTORS in March of 2000. Prior to R.E. Paula recruited in mortgage banking and information technology. She holds the record for most transactions and most dollars of sale for a first year agent at Roger Fazendin REALTORS. Paula is consistently rated in the top 5% of agents in the Minneapolis Association of REALTORS.

Paula loves people and to see their dreams realized and works hard to make that happen. She continues to improve her knowledge and skill by earning designations such as Certified Buyer Rep (CBR) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

Paula has always lived in the western suburbs, attending Wayzata High School and the University of Minnesota. She and her husband Phil Keintz and their Golden Retriever Rusty live in Mound, on the Island. She loves Lake Minnetonka, grew up swimming in the lake and loves full moons, windy days and just being on the lake. She knows a lot about the west side and the surrounding communities but sells the entire Metro area. Besides her husband, Paula enjoys spending time with her dad Phil Fortin and her grown son Michael Raguet – “my guys” as she affectionately calls them.
