Daniel L. Fazendin is the third generation of Fazendins in this family owned company. Dan's grandfather, Roger Fazendin founded Roger Fazendin REALTORS in 1965 and Roger's son, Daniel C. Fazendin, after working as an agent and manager, purchased the company in 1986 and continues as President and Owner of the firm. Under Daniel C.'s ownership, the company has grown from its small beginnings until today, Roger Fazendin REALTORS is the largest family owned independent residential real estate company in the state of Minnesota. Daniel C.'s son, Daniel L. joined the family business in 1995 and started Minnetonka Title as its President. Daniel L. grew up in Wayzata, graduated from Benilde-St. Margaret's High School and St. John's University in Collegeville with a BA degree. After graduating Dan worked for Meridian Bank in St. Paul, Minnesota and then for Chicago Title. In 1995 Dan opened Minnetonka Title and has grown that business steadily, always keeping service to customers foremost in mind. Dan, his wife, Valerie, and three children, Jackson, Miles and Lucy, live in Wayzata. Dan's interests include fishing, golf and about anything else that has to do with the outdoors. Dan's expertise in the title agency business is matched by very few in the area since he has "done it all" from answering phones to examining titles and everything in between.
