Sherry Johnson has been involved in real estate and the relocation industry for over 18 years. Sherry's career began in the relocation industry with her affiliation with a now large national third party company, learning the processes and services of relocation transactions from the ground up. She then moved from operations to begin specializing in the areas of client relations, sales and marketing, and account management. Sherry utilized those skills while working for a national lender as well as the largest national title and closing services provider, in addition to her tenure with two relocation companies. Sherry holds a Minnesota Real Estate license, has completed the GRI certification, holds the CRP designation from the Employee Relocation Council (ERC), is a member of the Relocation Directors Council (RDC), and on the board of MERC.

 R. Andy Fazendin
President/Sales Manager
In 2000, Roger "Andy" Fazendin joined this three generation family company and became a REALTOR. Andy graduated from St. Bartholomew in Wayzata, Benilde-St. Margaret's High School in St. Louis Park and Santa Clara University in California.
After several non-real estate experiences, Andy made the decision to join the family real estate business. He grew up around the business and was drawn by all the wonderful people working at Fazendin. After 5 years as a successful sales agent, Andy assumed the position of Sales Manager. The years as an agent were invaluable for Andy’s knowledge development and understanding of the residential real estate industry. Andy is very involved in the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS (MAAR) where he serves on the professional standards and ethics committee and is a member of the MAAR Foundation Committee which oversees and disperses funds to local charities. Andy is also president of the Wayzata Rotary Club where he serves on several committees and as a director.

 Dan Fazendin

Dan Fazendin is the second generation of Fazendins involved in the family business. Roger Fazendin REALTORS was founded by Dan's father, Roger. From its humble beginnings with just a very few agents, Roger Fazendin REALTORS has grown under Dan's leadership to be the largest family owned independent residential real estate firm in Minnesota. After graduating from St. John's University in Collegeville, Dan attended graduate school and then spent three years in the US Army. Immediately after the Army, Dan worked for a large construction real estate company before joining Roger Fazendin REALTORS in 1975 as an agent. Dan worked as an agent, then as a manager before buying the company from his father in 1986.
Dan served as President of the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS, Chairman of the Regional MLS committee and President of All Points Relocation Service then headquartered in Atlanta. Dan serves on many Boards of Directors in our community and he and his wife Lynn serve on the Yellowstone Park Foundation Advisory Council.
